- Damaged goods will be exchange to a new ones or a full refund will be given.
- Damaged goods has to be sent using Confirmed delivery service (tracked and signed) to the following address: Akvilina Kurlianske, Giruliu 10-42, LT-12112, Vilnius, Lithuania.
- Refund will be equivalent to the price paid for the goods (e.g. if goods were on offer or discount code has been used).
- Refund will be made within 10 days after we received damaged goods, and only to the same account it has been paid from.
